Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This site has no accounts. If you use the contact form or the home value form, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address (home value form only), your choices in the drop-down menus and your message. If you call, text or email, I receive what you send. I use it only to answer you and to provide real estate services.

How the forms work

The forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that emails your submission to me at Fred@BAMRG.COM. Web3Forms processes your submission to deliver it. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). I use it to measure visits to the site and form submissions, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel sets a cookie and sends Meta standard visit data, such as the page you viewed, your browser and your IP address. I don't send Meta the contents of any form, such as your name, email, phone number or address.

To learn how Meta uses this data, see Meta's privacy policy. To change the ads you see, visit your Facebook ad preferences. Other than the Meta Pixel, the site uses no analytics and no third-party fonts.

Google Maps

The Contact page shows an embedded Google Maps map of my office. When that page loads the map, it comes from Google, and Google may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address under Google's privacy policy. Links to my Google Business Profile open on Google, where the same policy applies.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Videos

Videos don't load until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's privacy policy applies to that video.

Sharing

I don't sell your information. I share it only as needed to provide the services you ask for, such as with my brokerage, Keller Williams Legacy Partners, or as required by law.

Text and call consent

Each form has a separate box you can check to agree to calls or texts. It's unchecked by default and optional, and consent isn't required to work with me. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
