My story

I'm Fred Moore III. I grew up in Connecticut and have lived here most of my life, and I moved to Simsbury in 2021. Before real estate, I worked in my family's business, which taught me time management, leadership, negotiation and the structural integrity of buildings.

I started selling homes in 2015 because I thought there was a better way to do business and treat clients.

Today I work with buyers and sellers across Connecticut with Keller Williams Legacy Partners, with a local focus on Simsbury, the Farmington Valley and Hartford County. When I'm not working, you'll find me at the rink or on the field coaching girls' lacrosse.

How I work with sellers

Selling your home with me follows five steps:

1. First, we find out what matters most to you. Are you moving because you need more space, want to downsize, or want to be closer to loved ones?
2. I walk through your home through the eyes of a buyer.
3. We decide on a price together, built on recent sales near you, and talk through what that price means for you.
4. We go through your personalized plan to list, market and sell your home.
5. I keep you updated at every step from list date to closing, while coordinating with everyone behind the scenes, including your attorney.

My goal is to achieve your goal and make the process as stress-free as possible.

How I work with buyers

Buying a home with me starts with a conversation. I want to know what matters most to you in your next home. Is it the commute, the home style or the budget? Or maybe it's all of them. We'll walk through the process from start to finish, answer all of your questions and get you connected with the right people before we ever set foot in a home.

Once I know exactly what you're looking for, I'll look for homes that aren't on the market yet and set you up with a search that shows homes for sale in real time. When we find the right home, I'll help you put together an offer and negotiate it on your behalf, with suggestions at each step. I'll be clear, honest and upfront with you through the entire process, and I'm here to answer questions before, during and after your purchase.

Our relationship doesn't stop at the closing table. I'm your REALTOR® for life.
