It's a proposal for 689 rental homes at 200 Hopmeadow Street. Nothing has been approved. I'm not listing a unit-type breakdown here while that detail is still being confirmed. For what was filed, use the town application.
The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Simsbury Town Library (Simsbury Public Library, 725 Hopmeadow St). That's where residents get to speak. I'm not predicting an outcome. A public hearing is the next step in the process, not a decision on the project. Showing up, reading the packet and speaking within the rules the commission sets is how residents weigh in.
